Common questions
My licence key will not activate on a new computer
A licence stays with the device it was activated on, and most plans allow one device. On the old computer open SessionHub → Settings → License → Deactivate this PC. Your key is then free to enter on the new one. If you no longer have the old computer, email us and we will release it for you.
Where do I download SessionHub?
Windows: Download the .exe. Mac: Download the .dmg.
How many sessions can I run?
Trial includes 3 sessions. Paid plans follow the plan name (for example “10 sessions” or “unlimited”). Check Settings → License inside the app for your current limit.
What if the licence server is offline?
After a successful online check, SessionHub keeps working for 7 days on offline grace.
I bought a plan but did not get a key
Check spam for the order email, then open your order page from that email. If payment is still pending verification, wait a few minutes or reply to the email with your payment screenshot.
Windows SmartScreen blocks the installer
SessionHub is not code-signed yet. Choose More info → Run anyway, or right-click the setup file → Properties → Unblock. We are working on Authenticode signing.
