Privacy Policy

This explains what SessionHub collects, what it never collects, and what you can ask us to delete. It covers the website and the Windows desktop app.

Last updated 17 August 2026.

The short version

What the desktop app sends

SessionHub makes network requests to https://social.watshop.in/api/v1/… only when activating a licence, starting a free trial, validating a licence, or releasing this PC (deactivate). Those requests contain:

FieldWhat it isWhy
keyYour licence keyTo confirm the licence is real and active
deviceIdA stable id for this installSo one licence is not shared across unlimited PCs
deviceNameYour Windows computer nameSo you can tell activations apart
platformThe fixed text “desktop”So the correct free-trial rules apply

Chat content, cookies and passwords from WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or any other site you open inside SessionHub are stored only in that session’s local WebView2 profile on your machine. Nothing from those sites is sent to SessionHub servers.

The app checks for updates by requesting the public release list on GitHub. That request is made to GitHub, not to us, and carries nothing about you.

What the website collects

Cookies

The public website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you log in to the admin or reseller panel, a single sign-in token is stored in your browser so you stay logged in. That is the only cookie-like storage we use, and it disappears when you log out.

Who else sees your data

Nobody for marketing. We do not sell or rent personal data. We use ordinary infrastructure suppliers — a hosting provider for the website and licence server, and an email provider to send your licence and invoice. They process data only to deliver those functions for us.

We will disclose information if we are legally required to, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden from doing so.

How long we keep things

Your choices

Children

SessionHub is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

The website and licence server are served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and admin accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure — but the design deliberately minimises what we hold.

Third-party sites

SessionHub embeds third-party websites (messaging, social, ads, AI tools) in isolated WebView2 sessions. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. SessionHub is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta, Google, OpenAI or any other site you open inside it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects what we collect, we will say so on this page rather than quietly editing it.
